Headquarter can provide the information to its affiliates and oversea plants. For examples, although the information is collected in Europe, this information can be provided to our oversea plants which are out of European Continent.
Headquarter is informing you that we are trying to get an agreement that we may share or provide the information to our oversea plants. Headquarter provides personal information for item 1 case only and protects the right and interest of you to resolve your problems. (For example: Personal Information viewing, modifying, deleting or Stopping to process, requesting right, event procedure security, possession, or period of utilization, destruction, limiting to use personal information, education, having/managing a vaccine program, establishing/sharing the handling policy of personal information, managing/designating security department for personal information.
- South Korea or other oversea plants do not need to obtain a guarantee document, which is issued from EU Executive Committee, to share your personal information.
- Oversea Plants, which receive your personal information, cannot obtain the Binding Corporate Rules Approval.
- Headquarter and Oversea Plants cannot contract with Transfer of Technical Information Clause of Standard Contact (2010/87/EU and/or 2004/915 EC)

You cannot precede any transaction if you do not provide your personal information. According legislations or contracts, it is not mandatory.
